If the HEALPix documentation does not solve your problem, or if you want to provide feed-back, ask a question or make a suggestion, have a look at HEALPix bug tracker and submit a new ticket if necessary (even if you do not have a SourceForge account).
For healpy specific problems or questions, have a look at healpy bug tracker and submit a "New issue" if necessary (submitting tickets does require a GitHub account).
